"The Gift " is the sophmore solo album by Bizzy Bone.Bizzy Bone's sophmore solo effort " The Gift " is unlike anything the world has ever seen before.The lyrics on this album are unlike anything the world has ever heard before.They require thought and the ability to interpret them,which can be a neverendless task because they can be interpreted in a million different ways.What realy sets " The Gift " away from the rest of the pack is that it's not like every other rap album on the store shelves today.Bizzy doesn't yell into the microphone about his money and his cars, he sings into the microphone about social issues.For example , in the first single," Father ", he raps : How will we manage to keep standing .living in a legacy of bitterness.It's the opitamy of rigorous trips on the ships we were crammed in,slammed in.All demanding and why don't we demand it,our damn money.If we can't get 40 acres and a mule, and so on......Even though the themes were serious enough,it's more than anything a fun track which you can bump your head to.It's a"bop your head to it'track because,more than anything,the light dancey beat.The beats are also a big plus on the album.The production on songs like " Whole Wide World ", "Before I Go", 'Don't Doubt Me " and " Voices in The Head " is well above par. " The Gift " is a quiet ride ,and will probably end up the greatest album you've ever heard of/most revolutionary album you've ever heard of.It's the rap album for people who hate today's rap music.Every aspect of it is different from today's rap.I just hope that it's a sign of things to come,as every aspect is a step in the right direction to what music nowdays shoul be.................
